OKOT Group Assistant - East Bay

Bay Area born and raised, I am excited to be a part of Outdoor Kids OT as a Group Assistant as I make my way to Occupational Therapy school! I earned a MS in Kinesiology & Public Health from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and a BS in Kinesiology from San Francisco State University. I've developed a diverse career in education, non-profit administration, public health, event planning, art, and community engagement. As I make my way through OT school, gain volunteer experience, and everything in between, I hope to develop a therapeutic approach that is emotionally supportive and honors the beautiful journey of an individual's evolution. 

Outside of OKOT you may find me exploring the California coast with my dogs, enjoying a cup of coffee, or hanging out with friends at a park.
