Administrative Assistant (a.k.a. Behind-the-Scenes Operations Wizard for all of our OKOT locations!)

Hi, I’m Rona—the friendly face behind the scenes at OKOT! I help keep everything organized by managing schedules, permits, contracts, and onboarding for our wonderful therapists, students, and volunteers. I also coordinate across departments, handle communications, and make sure every detail is taken care of so our programs run smoothly.

What I love most about my role is being part of a team that helps children grow and thrive through play. Beyond the office, I love spending time with my three kids, exploring new places, planning family trips, and making the most of every little adventure together.
