Client Care Coordinator

Hi, I'm Olivia! I am the Client Care Coordinator here at OKOT. I’m often the first point of contact for our families, and I’m here to answer questions about our services, applications, onboarding, and everything in between. I help bridge the gap between families and therapists to make sure communication is clear, timely, and supportive. Whether it's through emails, phone calls, or connecting you with helpful resources, I’m here to make sure you feel confident and cared for throughout your OKOT journey.

I spent five wonderful years as a pediatric & school-based occupational therapist, which gave me a deep appreciation for the teamwork and communication that make therapy truly effective, and it’s what inspired me to take on a role supporting those same connections behind the scenes. I love managing the systems that keep things running smoothly so our therapists can focus on what matters most: helping kids thrive through play, connection, and time in nature.

Outside of work, I’m happiest with a good cup of coffee in hand, a cozy blanket nearby, and a travel itinerary in the works. I love exploring new places, finding inspiration in everyday moments, and bringing that same sense of curiosity and warmth into everything I do.
